PURPOSE

BASIC FUNCTION: To ensure the highest level of services for the suite guests regarding food and beverage services and all other needs, except those duties performed by housekeeping.

To provide all food and beverage service for all suite guests. To provide suite breakfast menus to the suite guests in addition to regular cabin service menus. Assure that all amenities are offered according to company procedures for all VIP's staying in the suite.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous shipboard experience as Cabin Steward offering exceptional customer service.
