Guest Service Host

POSITION

BASIC FUNCTION: To staff the Front Desk and provide guest services, information, exchange traveler’s checks and foreign currency, post mail, and resolve guest complaints. Attend to guest’s needs in a considerate, friendly and positive manner.

The incumbent must demonstrate an exceptionally positive attitude and the willingness to fully participate in a dynamic team environment.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Minimum high school diploma or a GED (U.S only) or its international equivalent. Minimum of one year’s experience in guestrelations or similar function where face-to-face customer service is required

Working knowledge of personal computers within a Windows environment with e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related printers and equipment..
