RELEASE AGREEMENT

I understand that a routine inquiry may be made during the processing of this application that will provide information concerning my employment, education, credit and criminal records. I hereby authorize all corporations or companies, educational institutions, persons, law enforcement or military agencies and former employers to release information they have about me to Just Cruis'n Recruitment Inc. or their agents and release them for any liability or responsibility from doing so.

I understand that my job offer will be conditioned on the satisfactory results of a drug screen and may be conditioned on a medical examination and/or inquiry.

I understand that the Company's minimum age requirement is 21 years.

I hereby release Just Cruis’n Recruitment Inc. or their agents for any liability or responsibility regarding employment with the cruise line as an ‘acting hiring partner’ as employment is at the sole discretion of the cruise line.
